Here we go again onto a new country and a new journey. Thailand round 2 has been one of my favorite months with my adorable students and loving teachers I worked alongside WaWa and Ann. They welcome me in with open arms and a big smile. The relationship I have built with them is one I will cherish forever, we share stories and laugh together and pray together. In this month I have taught English, been in a fashion show to promote books for the library (if you seen any pictures from the fashion show I did not do my own eyebrows) I went to the students play they put on for the school, and some of the students taught me how to make origami which lets be honest they did 99% of the work for me cause man I didn’t know folding paper could be so hard. I can make a rose though so that’s something haha. We threw a dinner for the teachers one night to get to know them better and to just sit and laugh with them before we leave. The next night they threw one for us and thanked us for coming to teach and encouraging them in a couple different ways. Wow they have my heart. It’s that time again to our next and last country Eswatini (Swaziland) we will be in Africa for the last 3 months of the race. Can’t believe that we are almost at the finish line. While we are in Swaz our ministry will be playing with children aka my dream ministry hallelujah! The Lord is walking me into a new season of dependency in Him as we go into a new area where there is nothing really there as far as I know. I am a person who love cities as I love busy life so stepping into Africa. There is growth that will take place. I’m excited to see what God calls me to do in the next 3 months and everyday after that for God calls us to go deeper with Him everyday. Here’s to a new country, ministry, adventure, and the many more wonderful stories to come.
