First and foremost, I would like to apologize for the delay in video blogs.
Video blogging can be difficult.
Video blogging overseas can be even more difficult.
But, in the end it is always worth it.
If a photo is worth a thousands words, then a video must be worth a million. I love having the opportunity to let others experience ministry with us by watching my videos.
Between a constant lack of wifi and copyright issues,it has almost been impossible to post any videos. But, alas, I have finally been able to post. I hope you enjoy it!
On December 1, my team joined another team to plant baby mangroves on the beach. In the end, the mangroves will help protect the island from erosion. Approximately, twenty typhoons hit this island every year. As the mangroves grow, they will help protect the people from future storms. Check out our gardening skills in the video below.
P.S. My team has been stranded in Manila since December 15th. Due to the holiday season, recent category 4 typhoon, and bus strikes, we have no idea when or if we will be able to make it back to Tacloban. Please keep this country and my team in your prayers.
