Matthew 5:7 “Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy.”
Psalms 41:1 “Blessed is he who has regard for the weak; the Lord delivers him in times of trouble.”
Ephesians 4:32 “Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.”
The world tells us to not have mercy on others. It tells us to take advantage of the week. It tells us to hold grudges against those who wrong us. But, this is what the evil do. Instead, be eager to give a hand to the weak. Be quick to forgive. Show mercy to those around you even if they don’t ask for it. Show mercy on others just like God has shown mercy to you.
