During our train ride here to Croatia, we were praying as a team and asking God for what signs to look for and where to go once we arrived. Our team leader heard God telling him just to “follow the flags.”
….So when we got here, The flags were followed and were lead to an internet cafe. The owner is the first person we have come across to speak english. He is also a christian. He told us we could bring our stuff into his shop, that we could use his internet for free, and that there is a grassy area he knows of where we can set up our tents for the night. He also told us that tonight there is a church service full of english speakers! So we are going tonight and asking if anyone needs 14 missionairies:-)
Literally this just happened! We were just at the train station, hanging out with our bags, watching people as they went by. Some of us stayed back with the luggage while the others “followed the flags.” I was one of the people back at the train station and was just praying that God would provide. And 45 minutes later, look where He has brought us!
His plans are greater then our plans!
….It’s good that it works that way, becasue we for sure don’t have any! 🙂
