Thank you to each and every one of my supporters who have helped me immensely thus far towards getting me on the World Race. I am overjoyed to announce that we have officially PASSED my second deadline! Here’s a breakdown of our fundraiser successes:
- E1even on the E1eventh: $88
- Car Wash: $545
- CPK Fundraiser $87
In addition to these fundraisers, I received many very generous donations on random occasions and at my farewell party.
So THANK YOU to all who have supported me financially, prayerfully, and emotionally throughout the preparation process. Words seriously do not say it enough, but I hope you will accept my most sincere THANK YOU! I am moved by your generosity and your belief in me.
Because we have met my second deadline, I am now officially going on the World Race! On June 29th I will say goodbye to friends and family and fly out to Atlanta, GA to reunite with my squad as we do some final preparations before we head out. Then on July 3rd it’s goodbye America and hello Bolivia! Our first month my team and I will be doing ministry in El Alto, Bolivia with a ministry called Word Made Flesh that focuses on abundant life for those affected by prostitution. (I am so jazzed to be doing this ministry and cannot wait to share stories from the field!)
I’ll still be fundraising while I’m away so I can remain on the Race. October 1st is my third deadline of $11,000. Finally, I have a new fundraising method that I introduced at my farewell party and was a huge hit! So, without further ado, I introduce:

- Squares that are shaded black are taken!
- Squares with a green number will win a souvenir from one of the countries I’m going to!
Thank you again for your continued support! Please support me through prayer in this final week at home! Prayer request: I am having difficulty getting things situated with my bank. I wasn’t planning on switching banks, but it appears that now it is my best option, but now I am at risk for not receiving my new debit card in time (which is essential for buying my toiletries, emergency items, and random adventures). Please pray I get my card before June 29th! Also, saying goodbye is not my strong-suit. Please pray that I would soak up every opportunity to spend with loved ones this week and that the Lord will give me and my family strength, peace, and comfort as we part ways for the year.
