serve! I have learned so much already
and I have not even been out much yet.
I’m so hungry for the word some thing I have never had before it seams there
is not enough time to read the bible, which I never thought I would ever
say. Praying is more like breathing I
don’t think about it I just do it ether in song or just shooting arrows.
Kids international is taking great
care of us. They are such great cooks
and they wash our clothes if there was a mint on the pillow it would be a five
star hotel. In church they welcomed each
of us by name from the pulpit having us stand and wave. The preacher preached a
message about unity and how we cant carry a house alone. A few of us got to
talk to the youth pastor about working with the youth and we are going to see
if we get the opportunity to sing with the choir.
The work has been great and I never
thought I would be so grateful to have a pumpertruck because getting concrete
up 3 stories is no walk in the park. Since weve been here I have not had a
relaxed day of physical labor. Its like working with the boys back home.
On Sunday we went swimming, (PS
Happy birthday Dustin) in a natural spring, which was so much fun until it
started raining and that’s when the FUN began. We got to play with a bunch of
young kids while it was raining cows and horses, and I even saw a pig.
The teams are gutting stronger work
is getting harder and I’m loving every minute
of this race so far. Cant wait to
see were God will use me next.
