So I was thinking about my blog.  And I realized that sometimes I didn’t want to post a blog because I didn’t want to post something that wasn’t profound or at least something that people will like.  Well, I’m not that profound.  So hopefully you don’t mind my little rants : )

Anyway… I graduated from Oklahoma State University this past Saturday and I’m pretty excited about it.  So I wanted to show you all some pictures of my friends and family that have made my college experience so great (well I was gonna show some pictures of my family but upon my attempt to upload the graduation pictures onto my computer, I somehow found a way to delete every single one.  Yes, thats right folks, I deleted every picture from my college graduation.  Didn’t feel too good. Sorry Mom)

This is another one of my incredible groups of friends on the best Camping/Canoeing/Caving trip ever!  These are some of my closest friends in the world, I am so blessed that the Lord gave my friendships like these.  Fun and true fellowship, you just couldnt ask for anything more!

Now…to graduation.  The four years of college are over! What the heck, how did it go so fast.  I remember move-in day just like it was yesterday.  Now I’m looking at the graduate walk through campus to commencement.  You never actually think that graduation day will ever get there you know?

Inside the arena for graduation.  The last step.  I actually got butterflies right before I stood up to go on stage.  It was a pretty fun day ; )                          p.s. These guys are studs!

So.  I’ve been an official college graduate for four days now and one of my favorite things is to reflect on the last four years.  Anyone who knows me will tell you how much I enjoyed college.  Think about it, you are surrounded by thousands of people all your age, will similar interests, little responsibility, and big penchant for having fun…that’s too good to be true!  But what makes me smile the most is how I’ve come to know and love the Lord Jesus.  It’s blows my mind to look back at who I was when I walked onto campus my freshman year and then to see who I am today.  I came in as a “Christian” with little understanding of who God really is, or with any real desire to see the Kingdom magnified.  Now I know it’s all about Him.  I mean everything, every bit of creation is crying out about his AWESOMENESS.  I don’t mean that in a 13-year old California kid way, but in the true sense of the word.  We should be in AWE of HIm.  Our whole lives should be about Him and him alone.  What we do here will matter in eternity.  Our lives need to manifest that truth.  I know I have a looooooong way to go before my actions really align with that thought.  But, I want to get there.  And one thing I know…is that God can use anybody, and He is the one that transforms hearts.  So I’ll rest in that, and look forward to the day when I truly reflect His glory.  And what a glorious day that will be ; )
