My peeps this is the Awakening Blog. It
has been a good minute since I had written from Ireland. I think last update written I had my
superman cape on and was doing great, still doing great. Team Glow stayed in
Dublin because this is where THE AWAKENING is going down. For those that don’t know what T.A. is, it’s
a World Race Conference where all Racers in the field get to come together and
worship and have squad debriefings. The
Worship aspect was amazing, Jonathan Helser brought down the roof. As usual it was insane and out of control
but in a good way. We enjoyed Helser
at our training camp and I truly have been missing his three hour, two song
worship sessions. And I am not joking I
really missed em. Before the conference
team leaders had been given some news.
THE
NEWS
As
every race goes there are team changes that happen. Team leaders were first to be notified; New squad leaders would
be coming up and team leaders as well. None of us wanted to accept it but I think as we prayed about it and
thought it thru as a group we were ready for this novel idea. My thots on this were yay I get to meet more
of the squad, followed by some fear(that was quickly dismissed). I just had the thot of how hard this new
change was going to be. I have to adapt to a new team and lead well while
adjusting to such a different place like Africa. I am not usually one to worry but I think I was worrying more
for the team I was about to lead. Talking with God tho I got great revelation, He told me not to worry and
just walk. So I walked into it like a
man, ready to be with God in whatever he had planned for me. So at debriefing (end of Awakening) we got
the official word of what was going down. New squad leaders had been chosen, Nathan Salley, Sydney Sample, Ally
Beeler. Each of them an amazing choice
in my book. They are going to bee the
ones to help lead the teams after current Sq Leaders Jet. So along with those three moving up there
had to be new team leaders. Two members
of GLOW had been selected to facilitate leader positions with new teams. Super stoked for former GLOW members
Nathan “The Lion Heart” Boaldin and
Andrea ” 2 legit 2 Quit” Gosselin. Keep
them in ur prayers.
So now to my new Team (pics if not posted here
will be on facebook) Justin Jue, Sydney
Sample, Brittany Cox, Brittany Priess, Angela Murray, and Jenny Hill. A all star team, and I am not even joking,
these guys are stellar beyond belief. Truly a blessing from the Big Man.
We immediately hit it off and jumped into community. Why all star you
ask? I think I am an allright leader, I
raised up two other leaders(lol) and every one on my team was under a newly
named squad leader. How bombtastic is
that! So continue to Pray for Our new team and the next Blog has our Name and
