While we were in Penang, our teams were
introduced to PHOP which is IHOP (International House Of Prayer) but
in Penang. I went with a few of my squad mates and when we arrived
the worship was already going. There were different stations set up
all over the room that you were free to visit at any time. There was
an art area that had people paint, drawing, writing poetry. There
was a huge map of the world covering one of the walls that had people
praying over certain areas. There were chairs in the center of the
room and pillows in the back that you could sit on. The Spirit of
God was moving in this place.

There was such a sense of freedom found
in these four walls. During worship a few people would step up to
the mic and share what God was telling them. Sometimes it was for
the whole group and others it was for certain individuals. Towards
the end of the night someone got up to the mic to give a word. He
spoke out that there was going to be a major time of transitions for
some people in the room tonight. That big changes were coming and
that God was in control. Little did he know that there were about
5-6 World Racers in the room who were about to go back home to the
States for the first time in 11 months and try to find there place
again. When he spoke these words we all looked at each other and
without speaking a word we just thanked God for that blessing of
reassurance.

These past 11 months have been an
amazing crazy experienced that I will never forget. As it is coming
to a close it is good to remember that God still has plans for me
after The World Race.
