So I have been in my new ministry site
for almost a week now and I am in love with this place. We are
located in the valley with mountains all around us. There is a river
that is constantly flowing right outside. It sounds like never
ending rain. It is so beautiful hear. God has indeed blessed my
team again with such a wonderful and humble place to call home.
The pastor and his whole family are
simply incredible. They do not speak any English so we have a
translator with us who is awesome. All they do is serve us every
chance they get with smiles on their faces. Sometimes it is hard to
remember that we are here to serve them. While we are here pastor
has taken us on day hikes up the mountains to visit certain homes and
small villages. It is a big change from India but a nice one. The
is a lot more peace to be found in this place with the very easy
going pace of the people. We have all the food we can eat, a teapot
to heat up our shower water and a roof over our heads. Life is good.
