I’ve been a weeping mess over the divine orchestration of God and how He has moved!! This particular morning we were heading to the hospital to lay hands on the sick. We drove past a man in a wheelchair all deformed riding up the side of the road. My host turns to me and asks if we should go pray, I said let’s do it, so she whips her car around and we park it in this neighborhood. We run up and jump this bank, ditch, thingy with water and get to the main road. This sweet man was full of joy, we prayed for him, and when we went back to the car our teammates had started talking and praying for people that were standing around. All of a sudden people just started coming from everywhere asking for prayer.

Person after person just came up to us. We then get in the car, and we drive past a man standing in the yard. My host then reverses and backs up to him and starts asking if he knows Jesus. He came out of the yard toward us and we got out of the car again and he told us that he is a pastor. While some of the team were talking to him more people started approaching us asking for prayer.

Some bringing us back to their houses to pray for their sick families in the home!! Many gave their lives to Jesus and the pastor we had met stayed around and we introduced those we prayed for to the pastor to connect them so that he could disciple them.

My teammate than pulls out the guitar and we just start worshiping in the middle of the street!! The pastor than told us that he was literally sitting on the bench on that lawn where we saw him, praying to the Lord contemplating giving up his church and congregation. When he got up to see what was all this noise, us praying for people) that is when we saw him and started talking to him. What a Holy Spirit set up!! It was so encouraging to him. Prayer is so powerful!!

The last four men I prayed for were pretty gangsta looking–if you know what I mean lol, but in the course of my host ministering to them she had asked something to the one man about his father being in his life. He rubbed his eyes and you could see they were glazed over like he wanted to cry. Well I almost lost it there–of course I wanted to just grab him up like a little boy that was hurt, but I started to share my story and how I grew up hanging out on the streets doing drugs not close to my parents. And that I was searching for love and how God’s love radically changed my life. As I was talking to them–again I just wanted to cry because of how I saw them how God sees them. Compassion overtook me at that moment for them. I told them as I was looking at them how much potential I saw standing in front of me. It was so overwhelming!! After I prayed for them I was so overtaken by the love of God for them I just went over to the car and wept.

We finally made it to the hospital and only had twenty minutes and they weren’t that open to letting us come in. So while my host was talking to the matron we were in the baby waiting room and started praying for people who were sitting there waiting. My teammate whips out his guitar and starts playing worship music to a kid with cerebral palsy.

The Presence of God filled the room and the nurses started singing along. People who were waiting started singing. People’s countenance started changing. God’s peace was all over. As of me I was a snotting mess totally overwhelmed of the orchestration of God that morning and his love for these people. Wow His compassion…. Wow His divine orchestration to touch people, to minister to people…. Wow there really are no words…..

Zimbabwe has captured my heart and believe I will be back very soon!! We are heading to Zambia for our next month!! Thanks for everything! Love you all!!!
