As I look out the first balcony, I see mountains, a church-beauty as far as my eyes will take me.  From the other one, I see life happening-people gardening, chickens pecking.  Is this really my life now?  I come back inside and just let it soak in.  Breakfast awaits me (or is it lunch?).  I’m caught in a moment of complete gratitude-at the teammates who cooked, the provision of food (thanks I squad!), and the good Lord who got me this far.  I’m so grateful for brothers and sisters I see-faces reflecting His glory.  I’m grateful for grapes and for beds and for coffee.  I’m simply grateful for this thing we call life.

We instantly mesh, two teams become one, as KUG.G. (pronounced ka-gi-gi) brings glory to God.  The bonding has started, the Scripture is flowing-together we’re seeking KINGDOM.  Oh marvelous God, how glorious you are to prepare such a way for your kids.  From the signs on the doors to the notes (and snacks!) on the beds, it’s clear that you’ve walked here before us.  A big shout out to Trish (thanks for the map!) and the rest of I squad, who so graciously welcomed us here.  Rest assured my friends, Kingdom will come.  We’re determined, we’re stoked, we’re prepared.

So I sit here in my little zone of the room, reflecting on what’s yet to come.  And really who knows what God has in store?  But I’m ready, I’m willing, and there’s no turning back now.  The life that I knew, the person I was, they die more with each passing day.  By the end of this month, this week, this day-I won’t even know who I am.  This dying to self, this bring renewed, though it sucks, it’s glorious too.  Because with each passing day, I grow closer to Him and being who I’m created to be.

Oh heavenly Father, how I long to see you.  How I long to forever just dance.  How I long to just be in your presence, Oh Lord.  To be forever romanced.  So romance me, Creator, romance me, my God.  May this dance of ours never stop.  May all that I do simply glorify you as you drench me with your endless love.

So yea, Romania is amazing thus far.  I’m currently sitting outside the KFC on the fabulous wifi that was a mere half hour walk and 20 minute bus ride away.  Internet will not be something I come by very often so don’t expect me to blog as frequently as I have in the past.  Please pray for continued unity in both my team and Kingdom Unity, the team we are working with.  We start ministry today with some drama in the gypsy village so please pray for that and the people we will encounter as well.  May their hearts be opened and their faces be always seeking the Lord!!
