For month 5 of the World Race
we headed to Cambodia!!
Specifically in Battambang where we assisted with Legacy of Hope International. We became English teacher overnight for both kindergarteners and youth to young adults. It was a challenge at first, myself being out of school for many of years, but it came back to me:) Not only did we teach, but also had a chance to visit a couple of remote villages and teach songs and spend time with the children there. We also visited a girls home and several church services. It was a great experience and I enjoyed meeting and spending time with everyone. Here’s a preview:
