Introducing the “Fearless Leaders” of I-Squad…
If any picture sums up our dynamic, it is this one. This is a picture of my co-leader, Justin, and I watching the clouds and guessing their shapes. As goofy as he can be, he is a solid guy, with an incredible heart for people and ministry.

The last couple weeks were amazing, draining, and fulfilling all in one. We have a squad of 41 incredible people. Some of their stories will break your heart but the fact that they still recklessly pursue the Lord is so beautiful to hear. I cried along side them, prayed with them, laughed with them, encouraged them, and loved them.

I truly do love them. I know it is going to be a sweet season of life being able to walk beside them and watch them grow and trust in the Lord more and more.
(Each member of I-Squad had the opportunity to say Yes to us, Yes to each other, and Yes to committing themselves to the Lord. This was the moments after each individual signed the covenant and handed it to us, they were saying YES to committing themselves to each other. So beautiful!)
Our route:
The first four months will be in Eastern Europe
Then we head to Africa for three months
and the final stop is Asia for four months!
Justin and I will be with the squad the first five months on the field and during that process we will raise up squad leaders from the squad to take over as we transition out. We do get to return for two of their debriefs to check in on them. Thankfully 🙂 I know I will be missing them!
