This trip to India one of the churches we went to towards the end of the trip had a guy doing magic before our team took the rest of the service. Our team of course was really upset and we began to pray in tongues through his performance. Things I noticed is that he pulled out rats and a snake before he pulled out a dove and as he pulled out the dove it was flying away from him. What was so upsetting to see this in the church is that they were letting witch craft operate in the church even though it was only supposed to be him pulling out flowers it was so much more. It got me thinking though about the things that we allow ourselves that are gateways to the evil workings of the devil like the tv we watch or music we listen to. Our we protecting our eye gates and ear gates. The word says out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks but if we let garbage come in through tv or music, garbage eventually will be coming out of our mouths and the power of the tongue can bring either life or death right. So are we producing Life or are we producing death. I can say I was challenged by this just with a few disney movies I owned for example the Sorcerer’s apprentice. I love the graphics and a story of an underdog kid becoming a hero, but did I for a second let a movie open a door for the enemy. My friend who was preaching that night preached and prayed against witch craft in the church and when he did the magicians family left, but when it was time for prayer they came back to be blessed. My one friend after praying for the magician was attacked right away where he felt spiders crawling all over him and then he had a nightmare that night. He quickly realized it was an attack of the enemy and he rebuked the devil and all the attacks stopped. I on the other had prayed for the magicians son and didn’t realize I was attacked until I got home. see the very next day I had my very first upset stomach concerning food and seeing that it was the last day of the trip and the trip before I didn’t have any issues, I thought it odd. When returning home I proceeded to find out my uncle died and I was still dealing with stomach issues. I prayed for the stomach issues to go away and they did but the next thing I knew I had allergies something I have never had an issue with before. I started to wonder if it was more then allergies so I began to rebuke the devil and any attacks he may have from the India trip and God spoke to me and said to rebuke any back lash from praying for the magicians son. I did and the next day all the allergy issues went away. The Lord also spoke to me about breaking the dvds that had any tie’s to witch craft even if they were disney. So I did. So here are some questions for you to think on. What open doors are you letting the enemy creep in on? Are you protecting your eye gates and ear gates? What things are this world making to look innocent when they really are a way to let the devil coming into your life? Are you ready to give God everything even if it seems so innocent and just fun. I resolve that I am letting God lead my life and whatever does not line up with Him must go. Will you pray-fully consider sponsoring me so that I can go to more nations and share the truth of Gods word with love. I would not take back praying for the magicians son for anything and I continue to pray for that family that they will give their hearts completely to the Lord. There are so many that are lost, so many that serve false gods or don’t know the Truth about the Lord. I dream of going to the nations to be the hands and feet of the Lord, to love them and to share what Jesus came to do for us all. If you can’t go to the nations you can be just as much a part by sowing into me going to the nations. Will you be the Lords hands and feet by sending me to go?
