Last night, fifteen people stood in the midst of African winter, huddled around a fire until 1am, crying out for the lost and our generation.
The spirit was heavy and God showed up HUGE time.
We refuse to be silent.
We refuse to allow the enemy to silence our generation.
This is the generation of them that seek Him; that seek thy face, O Jacob. Psalm 24:6
God is calling us to RISE UP and take our rightful place in the kingdom of God.
He is calling us to resist complacency and comfort and to be a desperate people- to cry out like never before.
We must allow God to wreck us and strip us down to the raw identity of being a son or daughter of the Most High.
We are children of the King!
There is power in our identity.
Verily, verily I say unto you, He that believes on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
John 14:12
The World Race isn’t about seeing the world, experiencing poverty, and sharing Christ with a few people along the way.
The World Race is about being wrecked for the kingdom, finding our identity, and being Christ to the nations.
It’s about expressing God’s heart and reaching out to “the one” God places in your path.
It starts within your own heart and this crazy lifestyle we call community.

I am only two months into this wild beast called the World Race.
I have seen some great sites, experienced amazing poverty, and had plenty of opportunity to reach out to the lost people of Africa.
But my favorite moment yet has been bundled around the fire with fifteen radicals just like me crying out for our generation; crying out for the millions of young girls sold into the multi-billion dollar industry of sex trade in Thailand.
This is the World Race.
This is who are generation is called to be.
Who will rise to the challenge?
All Creation waits in eager expectation for the sons and daughters of God to be revealed.
Romans 8:19
If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from Heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
2Chronicles 7:14
