The past two days have been filled with goodbyes.
I left a job that had brought me a lot of joy and allowed me to meet many people of influence within my community. I have met and made many friends through this job and yesterday was my last day. I mean a totally bittersweet day. I just have a hard time with closing chapters sometimes even though I know this is leading up to a pretty eventful new season in my life!
Today, was my last day volunteering at a local homeless outreach center(HOTEL INC) because we’re closed for the Holidays and when we reopen I’ll be on my way to launch pretty much. So this one was a tough one. Through coming here, my eyes have been opened to a world I really knew nothing about. It is through this place that I think I realized in my heart that I was needed to do more and I’m so grateful. I’m grateful that a little under a year and a half ago this place welcomed me in with open arms and found a place for me to serve. I’m thankful for the encounters with people I have came across because of it. I’m thankful because when I first started volunteering here nobody knew the mess I was in and how much it influenced future decisions. God sure does know what He’s doing doesn’t He?
I have never been more excited to close a door and open up a new one ever in my life! I am literally blown away by all of this and the fact that it’s only 16 days away from actually happening!!!! Meep!!!! I have rejoiced and I have prayed and I am just really in a season of thankfulness and gratitude.
I have started to love goodbyes and the good that’s actually in them. I am thankful for new seasons and for joy. Joy through all seasons!!!!
Right now I am $2,894 away from being able to launch with my squad in January.! I didn’t reach the deadline on the 16th and I am graciously been given an extension, that being said I need your help! Will you prayerfully consider partnering with me on this?? Or connecting me with someone if you’ve gave already? Just think, if you were going on a mission trip.. who would you ask to partner with you? I know that we can do this and I don’t doubt Gods hand in all of this!!!

TOGETHER WE WILL GET TO REACH THE NATIONS SO THANK YOU FOR THAT! AND THANK YOU LORD FOR PLACING THESE SPECIAL PEOPLE IN MY LIFE.
