We all have moments in our life that define us.

Most of the time, our culture defines these moments with victories, defeats, celebrations, or accomplishments.  But, what about when we are saved?  I’ve been saved at least two times in my life, these are my defining moments.  God’s grace and compassionate care allowed me to continue my earthly life.  Our gift is life, and what we do with it is our gift back to God.

My life has been an amazing journey filled with great accomplishments, wanderlust and travels, heartache, and love.  My profession and passion for cooking have been the vessel that sailed my life’s course.  I’ve eaten and cooked the world’s finest foods, indulging in delicacies that only the privileged experience.  I’ve been serving the most sophisticated and cultured people, catering to the world’s elite.  I’m blessed to have been part of a team that has cooked for celebrities, former presidents, our current president, and business moguls.  It has taken me to some of the most advanced and developed places on Earth, including New York, Tokyo, Los Angeles, Dubai, and Singapore.  I’ve been privy to a world of the elite, teaching me many valuable lessons, which I’m humbled and grateful for.  The time has come to use these life experiences to serve those who’ve been underserved and bring hope to the hopeless, serving the poor.
