The last week has been full of changes. I arrived in Bucharest with my team not knowing where I would be heading and I left in a bus for Moldova with an entirely new team. Because some people have been called home and others have been moved to squad leaders we all pretty much knew team changes were going to happen, but we did not know that each team would be changed by at least 3 or more people.

It is a little odd to be without the 6 great people I had spent the entirety of the last three months with, but I am excited by my new team and the new dynamics we are building.

We are currently in Moldova staying in a small village called Cantamire working on completing construction of a church and living at Pastor Stephon’s house. His wife, who we call Mamma Vieta is a wonderful hostess and makes sure we are warm well rested and well fed. Our translator, Elijah is also staying with us and is a ton of fun to be around so its like we have a 7th team member for the first two weeks we are here.

The weather here has so far been very cold and rainy and most of my team is fighting the sniffles a little bit. Yesterday was too cold and rainy to work on the church so we had a day of rest and made an introduction video for our team when we found a break in the weather.

I also managed to finish the photo album from my time in Romania, but as of now I can’t upload it. We finished off our time in Romania working to bless the church that had been so amazing to us. We patched up the walls in the mission house and painted some of it, and we worked on sheet rocking the sanctuary for them. I didn’t really take many pictures of ministry time, but I did manage to take some great ones of our day off in Bucharest.
