What is the cornerstone of building an epic life?
First, you must ask yourself. What is the Bigger Picture of life?
Have you ever had a conversation with someone and they happened to say, “Look at the Bigger Picture”
Better yet, when is the last time you told someone that?
If you had to tell someone in a few sentences what the Bigger Picture is, what would you say?
Let’s put this into a scenario:
Imagine that you are on stage at some kind of competition. Hundreds of people are in the crowd. You are one of the final contestants. The judge leans up to the microphone and asks you this:
“In a few short sentences, what does the Bigger Picture mean to you?”
What would you say? (Think about it for a moment before you continue to read)
HERE’S MY ANSWER
Love the lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and love your neighbor as yourself Matthew 22:37-39
That my friend is the Bigger Picture.
Life is tough and tough times have its way of making us selfish. It is so easy to think about ourselves when we go through the storms of life.
No matter what your going through, YOUR Bigger Picture should reflect your love for God and People.
This is the cornerstone. The construction of an epic life begins with this.
As you build your life of epic proportion, let you’re cornerstone be made of love.
Father help us to keep the bigger picture in mind. As we build our lives, let us not forget the true cornerstone; which is you. Thank you God for loving us first. Amen
