Okay okay so I know what you’re thinking, Tsum Valley? Wasn’t that a long time ago? Why yes, yes it was! But hear me out, I never completely relayed to you the completed package!

I wanted to share and give a place to access all the videos and footage in a neat way for you if you are interested in how it all went!

There was a three video series on what God taught us and the happenings of our hearts created by my teammate Kaydan Field:

In a nutshell The Tsum Valley Trek (Legacy Journey Nepal) was something we prayed into for the month in Nepal (month 5) and were terrified because if this is what God was really calling us to do then it meant that we had to fundraise, and we had already had so much support from our family and friends, that that was the LAST thing we wanted to do. We also knew that if it was what God was really calling us to do, we would say Yes, and He would make it happen.

You can read the first blog about the whole trek before we went on it, our hearts behind it, how we felt called to go, and more about how unreached that area was here: https://courtneyharrington.theworldrace.org/post/legacythe-very-beginning

So just to glorify the Lord in how crazy it was! Tsum Valley was a 10 day trek (we trekked for 8 days – 2 days were travel) where we trekked over 70 miles, met some incredible people, fell in love with our guide Bharat, learned a new dependency on God, relied on The Lord to persevere through sickness, blisters, and fatigue, were humbled, our previous mindset of ministry was broken down and changed, our expectations transformed into a journey with The Lord we will never forget. Also, He provided for everything!  Our fundraising goal was $3,624 and The Lord provided everything we needed in 19 days! Looking back three months later I still can’t believe all that happened, it was all God because it was such a crazy thing!

Well I hope you enjoy and are encouraged! If you have any questions please feel free to ask!
