Sometimes ministry looks like peeling garlic and onions at 7am with friends, going to a butcher and watching them chop up 15kgs of chicken GUTS N ALL. JUST THROW IT IN THE BAG. Never would this fly in America…
I spared all the pics I took at the butcher.. not pretty but here’s the finished product, chicken and radish curry! SO GOOD.
We spent our last 8 days in the mountains trekking and doing ministry. We went trekking into caves and up and down mountains. We experienced church in a lot of different places, from a tiny room above a market to on a tarp in the middle of a field. You really don’t need the physical building of a church to worship God.
We spent most of our days seeing His beauty throughout the mountains in Nepal and He did not disappoint! We climbed mountains, adventured in caves and saw a river with CLEAR.. FRESH water from the mountains.
Finding rest in the Lord is just what I needed for this month.
