This is an exercise we did as a team time. We thought of words that we would use to describe ourselves, honestly this activity is always my worst nightmare. Self-worth is something I’ve always struggled with, but the more I believe these truths the Lord has for me the more I can walk in confidence of that truth. Here’s what I wrote down along with some my team wrote for me:

It was so freeing to be able to voice all the words out, to say it and believe it. These are all the words the Lord uses to describe me. If you’ve never done this before, I urge you to give it a try. Its powerful.
