My name is Courtney Jordan. I’m known as Courtney, Court, or CoJo-you can call me whatever you want.
Writing “about me” sections are always so awkward, I think, because I never know how much about me you really want to know. So I’m just going to go for it.
I’m from Memphis, Tennessee (Go Grizz) and have lived there my whole life. I currently attend college at the University of Tennessee at Martin, where I will be graduating in May with degrees in Sociology and Spanish. I can speak Spanish and try to do so as often as I can, it’s so much fun for me. I’m a Younglife leader to high school students in Union City, Tennessee and they make my life SO MUCH FUN. Much love to all the tornados out there. I’m the kind of person that likes to be involved in everything that I can, but then I often ware myself out easily. But that’s college, right?

I love macaroni, Friends, hiking, mountains, zoos, painting, looking at stars, dancing in public behind strangers (Ellen’s dance dares if anyone know what I’m talking about), riding my bike, Gilmore Girls, cooking, and long walks on the beach on a perfect summer night. Totally kidding about that last one. I’d rather be rappelling off a mountain or just hanging out with friends.
Even more so, I love having Christ-centered friendships. I love seeing the way people light up when they talk about their love for Jesus. I love learning from other’s walks with Christ and growing together in a friendship glorifying Him. I love encouraging others and sharing burdens with your friends and family.
Basically, I’m all about community.
