Right now Team
Shofar (the team I am in) and Team Glow are working together with the same
ministry. There are 13 of us living together in a beautiful house in Romania.
Well, last night as we sat down at the “Table of Love” aka the dinner table we
all cram into, Dan spoke up about a voice he had been hearing.
“I have a
question. Who else has been hearing a voice talking to them?” None of us had heard
what he heard. But, some spoke up and said that they had been feeling a
darkness in the house but didn’t know what it was. Dan began explaining the
demon now knows his name and has been freaking him out. Nathan said that the
night prior he also woke up really freaked out and felt the weight of the
darkness but didn’t know what to do about it.
So, we all
agreed that what we needed to do was going throughout the house and anoint it
with oil, rebuke any demons from inhabiting the house we were in, telling them
to flee and then replacing it with the presence of the Lord.
Most of the
group had never done anything like that before. But were willing to try. Heck,
it’s better to try than to leave demons in the house. The beauty of it all was
that we knew that the Lord’s power is greater than any darkness that is in the
world. All we had to do was proclaim the truth of the Lord and stand firm in
it.
So, we took some
anointing oil and all together as a team we went room by room anointing any
area we felt was dark, casting our the demonic presence and ushering in the
Spirit of the Lord.
Many of us sang,
some read scripture, other’s activated spiritual warfare in tongues and we all
were anointing. It was such a beautiful moment and brought such peace into the
house. It was awesome seeing everyone step into their authority in Christ and
proclaim this ground for His glory!
I felt like a
kid in a candy shop last night! Thank you Lord for your presence and assistance
in “cleaning house”. Whatever darkness was in the house is gone now! Amen!!!
