Change happens no matter every single n the world you are. Next month all of our squad was suppose to be heading to Botswana. Well now our squad is going to be divided. 4 teams are still going to Botswana and now 3 teams are heading to Namibia, right next door. Team Freedom (my team) is one of the lucky teams heading to Namibia. My team might be doing some renovations next month.
Please pray for safe travels as the whole squad travels from Malaysia to Africa. We fly from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to Johannesburg, South Africa, with a very short layovers not between, on the 29th. Once there we will split up and drive/bus ride our way to each other country. The journey will must likely take a couple of days. Please pray that each racer won’t get too restless but take these chance to rest up for the upcoming months in Africa. Please also pray for peace and comfort for the racers that had their hearts set on Botswana and are now not going.
This upcoming season seems to always get pretty busy. Christmas season and parties and for my America friends they also have Thanksgiving this week. I would like to remind people that my next deadline for the World Race is on December 31st. As you are in the giving spirit this season I ask you to consider supporting my journey. If I do not meet this deadline I will no longer be able to stay in the field and will be sent home. If 100 people donate $50 then I will be fully funded.
