On Sunday, I visited a boarding school for girls in Mumbi. I
shared the story of how I had left Kenya and had now returned. The girls were
very receptive and the assembly hall filled with laughter as I shared that I
enjoyed a cup of chai (tea) while mentoring girls. Along with a pastor who
speaks at schools each weekend, came Noe, one of my squad leaders, a new friend
Godfrey, a youth from Deliverance Church, and 2 Kenyan women with beautiful
voices. As one of these women, Winnie, began her first song, the girls erupted
with excitement and began to sing and dance. Their smiles and singing filled my
heart with joy.  At one point, my
eyes started to tear up, as God gave me the vision of these girls joining the
heavenly choir.

(My Squad Leader, Noe, is trying to post a video as soon as he can get decent internet, I’ll try to link it when it is ready)
