I seriously don’t know how I’ll be able to explain everything God taught me at Training Camp in one blog. But here goes…
I spent 10 days in Gainesville, Georgia getting to know my squad. We lived together, sweated together, laughed together, prayed together, and started to learn what living in a christ-centered community will look like. It was so exciting to finally meet the 55 other people who, like me, decided to quit their “normal life” and step out in faith to follow Jesus’ commandment to leave everything and GO.
We were pushed in every way- physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I had to hardcore examine my own heart and to rebuke the lies the enemy was telling me,
“why are YOU here?” “you’re not going to do anything.” “God can’t use YOU.”
I let all of the fears go and decided to believe the truth that God calls me his daughter. That He knows me and he meets me with grace every single moment. Once I started listening to the Spirit I felt free. I allowed myself to listen to the spirit, to believe that God is going to use me, my team, and my squad to bring His name and His love to people who need it.
“When you’re moved by God’s grace you can’t wait to share with others about it.”
Meet: TEAM KINTSU
These are the women I will be doing ministry with for at least the first few months of the race. So many prayers were answered by being placed with these six. We work together so well, we laugh together, and we love Jesus a whole lot. Ephesians 4:2-6
In 40 days, I will be heading to Atlanta for a few more days of training before heading to our first country- Lesotho! I am about $5,500 away from being FULLY FUNDED! PTL
If you have any questions, or want to talk to me about anything at all, I would love that! Feel free to message me! Thank you guys for your prayers and support.
God is so good!
(P.S. Isn’t my squad the cutest?!)
