Because He is all we need, lets pursue Him with our whole hearts.
God is so crazy good, y’all. Depending on Him to provide for the world race has been such an eye opening experience. He has shown his grace and provision over and over since obeying his call to go on the race in August. I got accepted mid-March, which left only 5ish months to prepare! Honestly, I was so anxious about meeting my first deadline ($5,000). There were many nights I lay awake wondering how in the world I was going to be able to come up with the money/gear/courage. The first month and a half of preparation and fundraising have taught me so much.
God’s got everything under control.
He is faithful. He will provide. He is everything I need.
As stressful and uncertain as this season of life has been, I am thankful for how it has caused me to be dependent on the Lord. I am learning to seek him in prayer and to rely on him more than I ever have before. I know God has called me, so I can be certain that he will make a way!
“The one who calls you is faithful, and he will do it.”
