Hey!! My name is Courtney Cosgrove. I’m 25 years old and I live in Toronto Canada. I am the youngest of four children and I live with my two awesome parents. My oldest brother and his wife also have two amazingly cute little girls who I love so so much. My family is a huge part of my life. I am also very close with my extended family as well. I Graduated from Durham College in 2010 with my Early Childhood Education Diploma and have been working in a child care centre ever since. I have a passion for children and take it as a great privilege to be able to care and love each of them everyday.
My parents and I have been attending Carruthers Creek Community Church for about five years now. In the summer my family holds Church On The Beach at our cottage. Its an awesome and unique way to worship and hear Gods word outside surrounded by the beauty of His creation. We spend a lot of time at our cottage both in the summer and in the winter where we enjoy doing watersports, skating, or just hanging out. I also have a dirt bike that I race in the summer, enjoy snowboarding and other winter sports.
My personality would best be described as outgoing, loud, fun, loving, and spontaneous. I enjoy being the life of the party and am always excited to try new things.
Growing up in a Christian home I was able to accepted Jesus into my heart at the age of four and have been blessed with some amazing role models throughout my journey. I’m really thankful for all the friends and family God has placed in my life to help shape me to who I am today. I look forward to all the exciting things God has in store for my future and I am thankful that the World Race will be apart of my ongoing story.
