There are things that happen on the World Race that just don't happen in the "Real World." Let me share a few with you…..
drink out of a bag with a straw sticking out of it
instead of flushing your TP you throw it in the trash can
sleep in hammocks
ride in a cattle trucks for transportation
sit in a Graduation that plays "the Wedding March" over and over again!! for 4 HOURS
Church lasts at least 4 hours long
Not many speak English
Tarantula's living with us
Mice building a nest in the fan above your bed…… 5 were in there!!!! SCARY!!!!
Rice and Beans are with EVERY meal
Milk is powder…… not normal!
Traveling in buses that hold 12 BUT we DOUBLE that number!
Google pops up in Spanish
You hand wash your clothes on a washboard
We've seen Monkeys, Iguanas, Tarantulas, Pumas, Scorpions and much much more!
Sharing a bathroom with two showers and three toliets with 51 people!!!
Also we've seen people get healed
People come to Christ that you never thought would
Children taken off the streets
Redemption at every corner!!!!
A crazy love for 51 people from ALL Walks of Life!
And a Crazy love for every person you come in contact with…..
THIS IS LIFE ON THE WORLD RACE!!! And we won't have it any other way 🙂
