Set a fire down in my soul that I can't contain that I can't control I want more of you God I want more of you….
That is my daily prayer…. set a fire that I can't contain nor control. When a fire is set it can spread like a wild fire if we don't contain it where we want it, right? Well the fire in my soul I don't want to contain or control…. none of us should want what God has given us to be controlled like that He wants it to spread like a wild fire!! Just image if we if we allowed Him to set that fire and we didn't put walls up around it…. image that it spreads like a wild fire into all the nations and all the people groups of this world!!! Can you picture it?!?!? Is that your goal?!?! It's my squad and teams goal for sure! Spreading Christ's love into the nations, what is more important?!?!
I look at these children that we are working with and all I can think about is, do they know how much their Heavenly Father loves them?!?! Cuz their earthly parents didn't love them that's why they are here! I want more than anything that when we leave that these children know just how much Christ and my team love them! They're precious little boys and girls who just need to be loved!
The second part of the lyrics is I want more of you God…. I know for me I can't get enough of Papa's love for me. I can't get enough time, understanding ect of Him! He's been pouring so much into me lately and I want more and more! We are called to be like Christ and I'll be the first to admitt that I'm further then I'd like to be. He blesses our efforts and answers our prayers and gives what we ask.
