Nepal.
You truly have stolen my heart.
No matter how many pictures or videos you try to take, you really can't capture this.

So, consensus on this month so far.
Well, we have plenty of time for rest.
We usually only have ministry from like 10-3 or so.
Our ministry consists of a hike that is between 1-2 hours in order to go pray for a couple of people at the top of the mountain. It's been legit.
Of course, being from Ohio doesn't really help me when it comes to hiking up all these crazy hills.
But that's where the strength of the Lord comes in.

I truly have been learning what it means to practice the presence of God.
When you have so much down time, you really do get easily distracted.
But, it gives you the perfect opportunity to learn what it means to be in constant conversation with God.

This does not mean that I am 24/7 praying out loud to God. Clearly, that is impossible.
It does mean, however, that he is always on my mind, just as I am always on his.
so whether I'm reading the word or playing a game on my iPad, what matters is that I am aware of his presence.

80% of conversation is non-verbal after all.
so whether I'm praying out loud or smiling or laughing, I am still practicing the presence of God.
its been quite a discipline, but it has proven to be extremely rewarding.

There's no place I'd rather be
No place I'd rather be
No place I'd rather be
than here in your love
Here in your love.
