Although we have reached the end of our Race and are just a few days away from returning home, the ministries that we have worked with are still going. Other Squads of World Racers are continuing to serve those that we met this year. Where we planted a seed — they are watering it. Where we watered a seed — they are cultivating it. Where we cultivated a seed — they are harvesting it’s fruit!

Tonight we were blessed with the opportunity to meet some of those laborers that are coming after us. They are two teams from E Squad that will be serving this month in Penang and will be continuing to work with the same ministries that we worked with.

While talking and praying with the amazing twelve racers that make up these two teams, we found out that six of them still need funding. Their deadline is at the end of this month. Please prayerfully consider supporting one, several, or all of the following people that have committed to abandoning the comforts of home in order to serve where God calls them around the word.

Tatum is also one of E Squad’s logistics leaders so she holds
a special role in my heart since I know the stresses and joys
of doing logistics.

Here are a few other opportunities to support those on the mission field, just in case you are in a really giving mood 🙂
  • Gusti and Visa: They are part of Campus Crusade in Albania, and are the couple that Jessie and I lived with last October. Visa has developed a cyst on her ovary and is in need of surgery to hopefully remove the cyst before it affects her ability to have children. They are in need of the funds to pay for the surgery since they are completely funded through support. They need $2500 to pay for this surgery. You can donate by clicking here.
  • Greg Ashworth: Greg is a fraternity brother of mine that was working at Georgia Tech with Campus Crusade and now works in the Campus Crusade Southeast Regional office. He is supported through financial donations as well. He is getting married this fall and is hoping to increase his monthly support team to help be able to provide for his new family. You can set up monthly donations (or a one time donation) by clicking here.
  • Mirela Popaja: Mirela is a dear friend of ours that we met in Bosnia our first year. She has been a believer and student member of the Campus Crusade ministry in Bosnia for several years. However, she is now one of the first Bosnians to join staff with Campus Crusade in Sarajevo, Bosnia. She needs a total of $700 a month to be on staff with Crusade. To become part of her support team please click here.
  • Chad Floyd: Random guy with a cool story. I will let you check it out for yourself: http://chadwickfloyd.com/missions/

Thank you so much for your support of what God is doing! I pray that He will bless you ten-fold for your faithfulness and obedience.

See you all soon!!
