Merry Christmas everyone! Oh man. I can’t believe it’s Christmas already. It feels like only Yesterday I was sending off my first fundraising letters, and here I am. And I’m happy to say that I’m fully funded!!! Thank you all so much for your incredible generosity and support. You guys don’t know how much your gifts have challenged me, grown me, and impacted the communities I’ve had the opportunity to live in. I can not begin to thank you enough.

With that being said, I just have to let you all know that if you have been giving monthly, please make sure to end your monthly donation. It won’t automatically turn off now that I’m fully funded. You’ll still have to go and manually turn it off. Not quite sure how to do that, but I was told to give y’all a heads up. 🙂

I also want to say Merry Christmas! This is one of my favorite times of year, and even though it’s summer here in South Africa, I’m still in the Christmas spirit. I’ve been thinking about you all back home so much (mostly you Grandma Gil and Grandpa, and my wonderful Grandma down in Orlando who recently turned 88! Happy birthday!!)   We hit the half way point of the race a few days ago. I can’t wait to get home soon. Staying present with the holidays has been pretty hard, so please be praying for the next 5 months I have to go! Pray that god will continue to provide patience and endurance as the months go on. We have an amazing living space here in Jeffrey’s Bay South Africa. I know God has a lot more in store for me this second half of the race, and he’s giving me a really great rest before all the craziness that is yet to come. Thank you all so much for everything, and I’ll post again soon, I promise!
