I’ve always struggled with money – didn’t grow up with a ton and struggled through college managing my own accounts for the first time. Since I met Jesus, I’ve had a hard time striking a balance between blessing others with what isn’t mine to begin with and being a good steward of the money I am blessed with.

This mission has been wild so far. I’ve constantly been blown away by the Lord’s provision and faithfulness in fundraising, so blessed by opportunities to fundraise and by the softened and obedient hearts of His vessels.

But it’s been hard. Some people are able to reach fully funded in mere weeks and I very frequently questioned whether I belonged in South America because I didn’t have the same story.

It’s humbling to watch my Father’s perfect timing in everything. Every promise delivered, every prayer and tear suddenly answered. I see the intertwined stories and hear how His hands have been working and it brings me to my knees in praise.

“I’m not known by what I’ve done, ’cause You define me.
I’m not known by where I’ve been, Your Blood defines me.”

It is with a grateful heart of worship that I can announce I am fully funded. Jesus is so cool, God is always good. Let the light shine brighter than ever before. Just as He does not turn back from me in my doubts, nor will I turn back or look back ; I’m all in and ready to pour out. Let the overflow begin.
