This adventure may not be over, but I’ve still managed to do plenty of new things! I thought I’d share some of them with you today, although I’m sure I’ll have enough for another blog post by the end of May!
-
Jump off a bridge (at the border of Zambia and Zimbabwe)
-
Experience a 36 hour day (flying from Malaysia to Qatar to NYC)
-
Eat a caterpillar (at our Pastor’s house in Zambia)
-
Feed baby goats milk and tea out of a baby bottle (at the farm in Albania)
-
Ride on a motorcycle (terrified in Thailand)
-
Drive a golf cart (at the driving range in Malaysia – another first!)
-
Whitewash goat pens (also on the Albania farm)
-
Play volleyball at midnight (on the beach in Thailand)
-
Zipline across a canyon with incredible views of a waterfall (during our all-squad excursion in Ecuador)
-
Have lengthy conversations with people through a translator (Romania, Malawi, and Zambia)
-
Travel to 8 new countries, bringing my grand total to 22 countries visited! (Including hitting 5 continents in the span of 8 months!)
