I grew up in what most people would consider a very small country town on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. I have attended Salisbury University for four years although I did not graduate yet.

While attending college I also worked full time between being a nanny, working on a farm and waitressing. It was a very tiring and stressful lifestyle. I constantly felt that this was not a life I was being called to live. The World Race was something I heard about during my first year of college and it often sat in the back of my mind over the years.

During my fourth year of college I heard God calling me to go. I decided to answer his call and say yes. Although Christianity is not new to me, being a Christian is. This season of my life is new, trying and often uncomfortable. I look forward to growing while furthering Gods kingdom throughout the Nations.
