Waterfall.

Saturdays are for the boys.
None of us speak a hint of Spanish.
All 6 of us set out on an adventure to find a humongous waterfall somewhere about three hours away. Only by the grace of God we ended up in the right area after 3 or so buses and a pickup truck ride. As we began our trek to a BiG waterfall. All I could think of was… Our God. His creation of life. He crafted this world with his love for us. His craftsmanship leaves me awestruck. The beauty of his organic love for us is so ENORMOUS our minds cannot comprehend it and never will. During our trek, we came across crystal clear water running wild down the river. We decided to take a dip and leaped in the river of flowing life, while worship jams filled the atmosphere. Worshiping God while enjoying nature is the BEST therapy. We pack up and head out back on the trails, in search for the GIANT Waterfall. We pass by a few small waterfalls and my whole body is ringing with happiness. My God is so so so so so incredible. This is handmade by our God y’all. We reach the final stretch and lay eyes on the GRANDE. I was flooded with JOY. God’s love was pouring onto everyone as we ran to El GRANDE. Praising with our voices and laughter. Pouring out to God in awe. This is living.
I sat down and listened to this small but very large part of God’s creation for 20 minutes. I breathed in life. I called on Jesus and he showed up (As always) His presence was clear and so tangible. All I remember is abundant JOY. My whole face was SMILING. (Eyes, nose, earlobes, eyebrows, etc.) Too Natural Too Real.
We head back from the El Grande Agua Fall, and again only by the grace of God we arrived back to our host safe and sound. Not once did I feel fear. “I know who goes before me, I know who stands behind. The God of angel armies is always by my side.”
This Is Living.
