… in order for Your Glory! May there be an abundance of crafts and funds to last the whole day through.

Time has been flying by us. We have been busy day and night working hard on projects to sell at a big sale this weekend. The community gets together twice a year and hosts these assorted garage sales. Tables are set up in an empty lot and people book a table early in advance, in order to secure their spot. The empty lot is soon crowded with people browsing, selling and bargaining. We secured our table and are now preparing to involve the community in our future plans.

Cole is great with his hands and is making all sorts of wood furniture and decorations to sell. He has had many people already pre buy many of his projects. There seems to also be plenty of ideas thrown out there, so if we are ever in doubt we have a huge support base of friends that encourage us with fresh ideas. We have been very blessed by friends of ours that have opened up there home and property for us to go get wood on… an endless supply that has blessed us enormously.

My mom and I sew, so we have been quilting, making wall hangings, and creating new gift ideas with fabric. I also crotchet, so I have been making beanies. Two of which I sold immediately after finishing them.

Today, one of our biggest supporters for our crafts, came to my parents house and asked to go through our finished items. It was her granddaughters birthday and she needed a gift to send her. Since there was nothing yet made that would interest her granddaughter, she sent her the beanie she had already purchased from me, to help keep her warm through the winter. She suggested she just buy another beanie from me when she had a chance. This same woman is planning to attend the sale on Saturday and collect money for us and tell people all about what we are doing.

Please pray for us this week as we finish our last minute stuff. And please remember us in prayer on Saturday as we begin exposing our small towns to a whole new lifestyle; of a purpose driven life.
