Hello Everyone! My name is Colby Smith. I am from Arkansas and will be attending the World Race in October of 2019! I would like to start by saying thank you for visiting my blog! The journey God has me on has been such an exciting experience, and it is only the beginning! Let me start by telling you my testimony.
In October I had an encounter with God that has changed my life forever. I was a Firefighter here in Arkansas for 7 years and had something happen to me that tore my heart out. It broke me down to my knees calling out to God saying “You either take me, or help me please.” Well, He surely has helped me. His calling for my life to Follow Jesus was so strong, that a few weeks later, I turned in my resignation letter to the Fire Department and have started on this journey He is leading. I feel if you take your hands off of your own life, and let Him lead you, He will show you who He made you to be. I have been doing that ever since. I started out with around 300 friends on Facebook and now spread the name of JESUS to over 7,000 people all across the world. It has been such a blessing to see people change, right in front of your eyes, and to come to know Jesus Christ. I saw about the World Race, and after much prayer and conformation, applied. I will spend the rest of my life, Spreading Gods Love to everyone wherever He calls me to be. The fire that burns is so overwhelming, that it overflows into all the people around me. Such a beautiful thing. As you can see I am in need of Financial Support for this journey, so if you could donate, I would truly appreciate it. I will be making a YouTube channel, and Vlogging the whole experience as much as I can, because I feel like its the right thing to do. I want everyone to be able to see Gods movement across the world. People donate to charities all the time, and do not know where there money is being spent.
