“To them God chose to make known how great among the Gentiles are the riches of the glory of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.” -Colossians 1:27

No, this isn’t a mistake. I am blogging again! For those of you who don’t know let me explain why I have returned to blogging after a year break.

After getting home from the Race in July of 2013, I spent 4 months at home before heading to Spain to attend G42 Leadership Academy. I knew the Lord had called me to a life of spreading his love and proclaiming his name but I also felt that I wasn’t ready for that yet. I spent 6 months at G42 receiving discipleship in some of the most mind-blowing spiritual truths and God-given revelation, coupled with servanthood, discipline, and living in real community. I walked away from G42 with vision and direction for my life as well as the confidence and knowledge of how to lead and disciple others. As many of you know my vision is to use fitness as a platform for ministry but first the Lord has called me to something else to begin living a life of bringing the kingdom of God to Earth while leading and discipling others.

Next week, I will be returning to the World Race. However, this time it will be different. I will be squad leading. What this means is myself and two other alumni world racers will be in charge of a squad of 38 people, between the ages of 21-30 as they experience the World Race and traveling to 11 countries in 11 months.

(Introducing my new squad)

(My co-leaders Allison and Owen)

We will have several responsibilities include establishing the different ministry sites for each of the teams and handling some logistics for the squad. However, the biggest responsibility that I will be stepping into is discipling and mentoring the squad.

I will spend the first 5-6 months traveling with the squad and living in community with them, doing everything they do. I will then return to America. I will have the privilege though to return to the field and visit and check in with the squad for a week at the end of month 8 and month 11.

I would once again like to thank all of you for all the support you have given me over the past few years and ask for your continued support in these next few months. The biggest way that I need your support is through prayer. I ask that you pray for me. Pray the Lord uses me and also gives me the abilities to mentor and disciple my squad. I also ask that you pray for my squad. Pray for safety! Also pray that we will bring the light and the love of God to the places that we travel. The second way is through financial support. In order to squad lead I need to raise $6,500. This covers all expenses while on the field including transportation, food, and lodging. If you feel lead to donate, click the SUPPORT ME!  tab on the left side of the screen. Also donations can be sent to Clark Moser at 805 Wabash St. Berne, IN 46711 or by making a tax deductible donation by sending a check: made out to Adventures In Missions  P.O. Box 742570 Atlanta, GA 30374-2570.  However, be sure to write “The World Race: Clark Moser” on this check in the memo. Thank you in advance. Without your help none of this would be possible! Also feel free to subscribe to my blogs to receive email updates for all of the blogs I will be posting again.
