I have lived in Southeastern Michigan most of my life, per say three years in the Netherlands when I was young and two years in Denver, CO. Youngest of two girls. It is an immense blessing to have supportive and loving parents. They are the role model of a Christ driven life and love for people.

I’d like to say I have an extreme story about how I met a celebrity, or single handedly saved a puppy from a rushing rapids with nothing but a tube sock, but yeah no.
I knit, I bake, I listen to a little hard core Christian rock and indie-ish bands, I like long drives, I can hold a conversation based on sarcasm.
I have traveled a fair bit-
Peru, Netherlands, Mexico, Caribbean cruise, a good chunk of Europe
Play the piano and clarinet (b flat and bass),
and sing
I’m not very athletic, but will try to partake and somehow enjoy my lack there of of athletic ability.
My favourite coulour is orange, if that should determine anything
I am a quiet person for the most part, but definitely have my outbursts of craze and laughter.
I like cold, wet, rainy days. Whatever the season, this has always been my favourite type of weather.
Finding beauty and joy in the small things is a pastime of mine. I’ll smile at a single leaf, a family going for a walk, the colour of a sweater.
These past couple months I’ve learned that worrying and fearing for a situation does little to help it, so it has been a personal work to look forward with excitement and anticipation for what God has in store.
With a basic idea of what could happen, but not a smidgen of knowledge of what that fully is, I am enthralled for these next few years and how God will shape me, the team, the squad, and everyone who has committed a portion/all of their life to the Great Commission.
