Cairo – Egypt

Cairo is in the desert: dry, dusty and waiting for the rain.
The great Nile flows through the centre of the city and is the water source of the town.
The city is busy and there are people bargaining everywhere.  Everyone has a scheme to make money – just to survive.
The people are waiting; their souls are dry and yearning for the rain.  They are searching for God!
Jesus prayer remains the same: “…let my people go!”
