Hello friends! My name is Claire and I’m currently on the World Race Gap year, which means this is about 2 months late but here we are. I’m a small town girl from South Dakota branching out into the world. If you’re new to my blog and you don’t know what the World race is in general I encourage you to read up on it on their website or from any of my blogs because it is amazing. If you don’t feel like looking into it here is a brief overview; the World Race Gap year is a 9 month mission trip to 4 different countries. My specific route is to Thailand, where I’m currently writing this from, Malaysia, Costa Rica and the Ecuador. While on the Race we have the opportunity to serve others in the communities we move to and even just to people on our small teams and our squad. We love others the way Jesus loves us and we are able to share the Gospel in that way. Some people are doing manual labor and others are simply asking the Lord who they can serve that day. Every day of ministry is laid out the same pretty much but its contents are different. We build relationships with people living around us and each day we have something new to share with each other. So yeah, that’s basically what the World Race is. This wasn’t really about me but here you go.
