Wow, it is surreal that this is really happening but it is a dream come true. God has given me such an amazing opportunity! I am so excited to go to these countries and not just to visit but spend an entire month building relationships with the people, learning their culture and serving. In each country we will be serving in different projects, examples being, working in schools, orphanages, churches, and with victims of sex trafficking.
I am so grateful for this opportunity, however, I cannot do it without your prayer, love, and financial support. Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers as I prepare for and embark on this journey. It will be hard to leave for 11 months on an unknown path however I know God will guide me through the whole way. In addition, I also need an extreme amount of financial help. The cost of the trip is $16,300, which covers all of my expenses on the field including training, airfare, food, insurance, etc. However, there are many other expenses on top of that, such as gear, vaccinations and plane tickets. I know this sounds like a lot but I know with God anything is possible. This financial support can be given as a one-time gift or as monthly donation, wherein you choose the amount and beginning and end date. All my funds are due by July 1st 2014. If you are able to contribute monthly, please donate from August 2013 until June 2014 which is 11 months, this way you will be able to donate each month in honor of one of the countries I will be in. If 29 people pledge $50 a month for 11 months, I would almost have the full funds necessary for my trip.
