One of the most amazing nights of the World Race was in Thailand (month 9- August) when I opened my World Race account online and saw that I was fully funded! I cannot believe I am even typing that. Because of God and all my supporters, I was able to raise $16,300 in a year! WOW!!! I cannot thank you all enough!
To everyone who was able to financially support me, THANK YOU! I truly appreciate every dollar that was given so I could go out among the nations for 11 months spreading the love of God. You have truly blessed me in more ways then I can count.
To everyone who has been a prayer warrior for me, thank you! I can truly feel and see your prayers in action. I have been blessed in SO many ways during the last 10 months. Everything from battling malaria, to having energy everyday, to traveling safely, to growing exponentially with God, I know is all from the amazing support I have around the world.
This has been the best but hardest year of my life! Words cannot even express how much the past 10 months have meant to me. I have grown in every way, shape and form. I have grown in my relationship with God, in living in community with other believers, in faith, in trust, in scripture reading, in self-awareness and so much more.
I cannot believe I am now staring my last month on the World Race! But it is bittersweet. I am getting excited to come home, see everyone, hug my mom, see the ways I have changed, and share all my experiences!
I am not sure yet what my future brings or what I will do when I return to the States but I know God will show up and guide me to something spectacular!
