Welcome to my blog!!!! (I apologize for my terrible grammar in advance)
First and foremost, God loves YOU! He brought you here just to tell you that………and few facts about me of course 🙂
Hello! My name is Chun and I am 29 years old (I know I look 19. One of the perks of being Asian!) I was born and raised in Hong Kong and moved to Georgia in 2006, and thanks to Blockbuster where I learned English in the early years.
I love pizza!
Playing guitar and exploring new music are huge parts of life. I love to make people laugh and it is seriously difficult for me to not joke around sometimes
. My other hobbies are going to gym, hiking, traveling, and volunteering.
OK now serious.
God planted a seed in my heart about going on a mission trip years ago but I chose to ignore his calling. Because I thought it is good enough go to church weekly; it is good enough to volunteering occasionally; it is good enough to just sprinkle a little Jesus in along the way.
In the past year I have more opportunities to serve in different organizations. As I was giving more, the more I felt God press on my heart and call me to ministry. I came across the World Race on social media as I began to look for a short term mission trip, and instantly I sensed that God called me to join the World Race.
God didn’t save me from my sins so that I can die and live in heaven happily ever after; I believe that he gave me a new life so that I can live THIS life for him to the fullest. I want nothing more than to serve the least and share the gospel like Jesus and I am so happy to able to this journey with you. Thank you for all the prayers and supports for me and my team.
“For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me” – Matthew 25:35-36
