At the second annual Awakening Conference in Dublin, Ireland – 5 squads + alumni joined together for a favorite tradition, the DANCE OFF. With squads L, M, N, O, and P in the mix a variety of flavor and dancing styles were savored throughout the competition. Add that to the alumni contribution and everyone had a taste of fun that afternoon. In fact, the Alumni entertained us all with their brilliant expressions + song choices.

My squad (P-SQUAD) danced to a theme of “Family Feedback”…there was love, war, battle, redemption, and restoration. For being the “newbies” at this whole thing – we rallied together and pulled out a 3rd place finish!
The L-SQUAD showed us their sweet skills after 11 months on the field.
(2nd place was achieved thanks to their sweet moves and many months on the field uniting as a squad!)
M-SQUAD rose to the challenge of their January rivals/coheirs N-SQUAD delivering a comical compilation of moves.
O-SQUAD showed their versatility through swing dancing and various group dances.
Finally…the N-SQUAD rocked the field – and likely several surrounding towns from their WARRIOR CRY. It was amazing! They definitely WON 1st place + deserved it! It was inspiring, moving, + downright FAN-STINKIN-TASTIC!
Yes folks…this is how it’s done!!
