11 countries in 11 months… July 2010 – May 2011
I expect to see a movement of God amongst my generation that is life altering – heart changing and glorifying to GOD!
I expect to be broken – vulnerable – transparent – open-minded.
I expect to be tested – to face trials – to endure.
I expect to LOVE until it hurts – and to keep on loving,
I expect to see restoration – peace – joy – and freedom reign as our team reaches out to people along our journey.
I expect to see my heart refined.
I expect to
laugh and cry…a lot!
I expect to build solid relationships with brothers and sisters all over the world!
I expect to encounter God in ways I never imagined before.
I expect to see the Holy Spirit pouring out upon hungry, lost hearts – drawing people to life in Christ.
I expect to learn…to teach…and to be taught.
I expect to better understand the burden, passion, and heart cry God has placed upon my heart for loving the people of our world.
I expect to battle.
I expect to see victory!
I expect to encourage & undoubtedly know that I will be encouraged as well.
I expect to rejoice and to grieve – to mourn – to weep – to smile.
I expect to encounter disappointment or supposed ‘road blocks’ – but to recognize God’s purpose in all things.
I expect the challenge of remembering to “bless the Lord at all times!“
I expect to grow…
I expect in my weakness to see Christ’s strength made perfect. [ 2 Cor. 12:9]
I expect to encounter moments where my spirit is willing – but the flesh is weak. [Matthew 26:41]
I expect to be stretched beyond any capacity I have ever imagined – physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually!
I expect that God can and will do exceedingly and abundantly more than I could ever ask, imagine (or expect), [Eph. 3:20]
